For payments, TheMooder.com uses the Stripe platform which accepts all major credit and debit cards from customers from all over the world (Visa / Mastercard / American Express) and all major electronic wallets (Alipay, Apple Pay, Google Pay , Microsoft Pay etc.).
Stripe is an external platform for online payments that allows you to make payments with debit cards, rechargeable cards or credit cards, etc.
It's a safe and fast solution: payments are processed practically instantly.
It is not necessary to create a Stripe account (although recommended): all you need is a valid Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit, debit or rechargeable card.
Stripe supports 3D Secure for every payment and meets the most stringent online security requirements .
Stripe is certified as a PCI Level 1 compliant service provider.
For each transaction carried out using this method, a confirmation email will be sent by Stripe.
The amount of the order is debited from the current account connected to the credit card upon confirmation of the order.
Stripe prevents fraudulent activity by detecting any suspicious activity and also works with Global Partners Networks and Credit Card Networks to monitor fraudulent activity.
The Customer may use the currency of the country in which he resides. The availability of other currencies depends on where the current account connected to the credit/debit card is located.
In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the current account connected to the Customer's credit card.
TheMooder.com assumes no responsibility for disputes relating to purchases. All disputes are handled directly by Stripe.

All transactions are processed via a secure server, guaranteeing TheMooder.com customers maximum data protection.
TheMooder.com Customer Service operators are in no way authorized to request or accept credit card numbers and/or card validity details.
In order to guarantee greater protection on purchases made in e-commerce, TheMooder.com requires 3D secure authentication for all transactions made with credit/debit/prepaid cards. Thanks to the Verified By Visa or Mastercard Secure code services, the customer is asked for a PIN security code to confirm the transaction. The PIN is sent via SMS or via the bank app where the current account is located.

BANK TRANSFER
Upon completion of the order, the customer automatically receives a confirmation email containing the TheMooder.com bank details.
ATTENTION:

Products purchased by bank transfer will be reserved only after receiving a copy of the payment via FAX or via e-mail to customercare@themooder.com

The products will remain reserved until payment has been collected and only then will they be shipped.

In the event that TheMooder does not receive a copy of the bank transfer receipt within a reasonable time, it reserves the right to give priority to any other orders of the same item for which a copy of the bank transfer/payment has already been received. In this case, the order for which a copy of the bank transfer has not been received will be cancelled.

The maximum time allowed to send a copy of the bank transfer is 48 hours from the moment the order confirmation was received via email.

MARK ON DELIVERY
Upon request via email to customercare@themooder.com it is possible to request payment on delivery. Cash on delivery shipping has an additional cost of €5.00 .
To place an order with cash on delivery, simply write an email to Customer Care indicating the item of interest (code found after the word SKU at the top right of each product sheet), the size, the complete address of shipping and indicate that you want cash on delivery.
After checking the availability of the product, Customer Care will confirm the order via email.
Only after receiving confirmation from TheMooder, the order can be considered as accepted.
The order will be processed the same day or the day following the sending of the order confirmation. -
INVOICES
During the purchase process it is possible to request the issuing of an invoice. To issue this document it is necessary to enter an Italian billing address complete with tax data.
If the invoice is not requested when placing the order, it cannot under any circumstances be requested at a later time.To minimize the need to issue credit notes in the event of a return of the product for which the invoice was requested, TheMooder.com, before issuing the document, will await written confirmation from the customer via email to customercare@themooder.com, that the purchase made is confirmed.
Once this communication has been received, TheMooder.com will proceed with issuing the electronic invoice.
NB: A courtesy copy will not be sent. -
PROMOTIONAL CODES
Customers who have received a promotional code to use on TheMooder.com via newsletter, through social networks or on approved promotional websites, can enter this code during checkout. Each code has a start and end date of validity and this limit of time cannot be extended in any way. In general, except for some specific cases, coupons cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions.
