Shipping and deliveries

SHIPPING:

  • Shipments are made via GLS or DHL courier.
  • Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.00, except public holidays recognized in Italy.
  • The goods will be ready for shipment only after receipt of payment.
  • Shipping methods, costs and delivery times vary depending on the shipping country.
  • Customers who reside in countries that are not part of the European Community are exempt from VAT.

    Countries that are part of the European Community: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Holland, Poland, Portugal , Principality of Monaco, Czech Republic, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary.

DELIVERY OF GOODS:

  • Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before placing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment.
  • Products shipped by TheMooder are carefully packaged in a custom cardboard envelope. All packages have a silver laminated rectangular seal on both sides with the logo of the shop from which they are shipped (Fabio Calzature or Phantasia).

    If for any reason the seal or packaging appears to have been tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign for receipt with reserve, or to refuse delivery.
  • In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact TheMooder.com at customercare@themooder.com
  • If the package is damaged, or if part of the goods is missing inside, the packaging must be kept for further checks.

COMPLAINTS:

Any dispute regarding damage, shortages, or delivery to an incorrect address must be received by TheMooder.com within a maximum of 5 days from the delivery date shown on the courier's website, otherwise it cannot be accepted.

All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with TheMooder.com and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package.

If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the Customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping costs and any customs duties will be deducted from the refund owed to the customer.

TRACEABILITY

All shipments are traceable.
After the order is shipped, TheMooder.com informs customers via email with the tracking number.

Furthermore, by 9.00 pm on the day of departure of the goods from TheMooder.com warehouses, the Customer will receive an email directly from the courier with the tracking number to be able to monitor the status of the shipment.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

All shipments outside the European Union are subject to import duties and charges which vary depending on the type of product and its value.

Taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the Customer and NOT included in the shipping costs.
